THE OVERVIEW
Sending a man up a ladder to look at a roof costs time, carries liability, and produces one guy's memory of what he saw. We fly the same roof in twenty minutes and hand back a documented, dated visual record — every plane, every penetration, every soft spot, in resolution you can zoom into. No ladders. No fall risk. No return trip because somebody forgot to photograph the north valley.

- Post-flight organization and formatting of visual data

It is not a home inspection under Tennessee licensing law, not an engineering assessment, and not a warranty or certification of the roof's condition or remaining service life. Findings should be reviewed by a licensed roofing contractor, home inspector, or engineer.
